What are Tropical Health & Wellness shipping details?

We offer shipping rates based on Royal Mail Postal Services calculations and in support, we trust that these rates are calculated correctly based on their knowledge of the package sizes we offer for our products. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have concerns about the calculated rates.

 

PS: Please allow 2 to 3 business days for us to receive and process your order.

 

So, when will I receive my tea order?

The process is simple…You order, takes a few minutes.

  1. We handcraft all our tea blends with joy, within 1 to 3 business days (and orders placed after 6pm are processed the next business day).
  2. We schedule your shipping, and our Royal Mail carriers take it from there! A tracking number will come to your inbox once your shipment has been registered.

 

Where does Tropical Health & Wellness ship?

We currently ship to the entire United Kingdom and its Territories. You may experience longer delivery times when shipping to Northern Ireland and Isle of Wight.

Having problems with Tropical Health & Wellness tracking?

What health conditions are Tropical Health & Wellness products suitable for?

While we are not making clinical claims and do not profess to be clinicians, we use evidence based research to inform our customers of our products’ benefits. There are quite a few blends out there and we appreciate it that you came to us. So email us at info@tropicalhealthandwellness.com  with specific questions and also make sure to always consult with your doctor in case you are dealing with specific health conditions/medication issues.

Our products are organically grown and carefully handcrafted so what you see is what you get! No artificial colouring or flavouring! We use eco-friendly packaging and make it easy for you to reuse the packaging your products came in because we love the environment.

 

Where were your tea blends harvested?

Glad you asked! We source our teas from sustainable and ethical farmers and have relationships with farmers/growers through their companies who inform us.

 

Will I see results with Tropical Health & Wellness? And if so when?

At our core we celebrate health and wellness and lead by acknowledging everyone has a different physical journey, uses a diverse combination of food and beverage products, and honestly leads different lifestyles,  so timing of positive changes will vary from person to person. Are the ingredients natural, non-GMO or organic in your Tea Products at Tropical Health & Wellness?

Our tea products are natural when they make sense, and non-GMO and organic when necessary.

 

Are Tropical Health & Wellness tea blends gluten-free and soy-free, or vegan?

Yes. All our tea and tisane blends are gluten-free and soy-free, AND vegan! They do not contain any flavourings or oils, or sweeteners derived from animal products.

 

Do Tropical Health & Wellness products expire?

Our products have a 2-year shelf life. Once the product is open it will last for 24 months. We recommend keeping your tea blends in dry places, stored in bags/(glass) containers that are sealed airtight.

 

Are there Tropical Health & Wellness tea products ingredients that are not included on the website or packaging?

No. Our product philosophy is to use only the tea ingredients we believe are necessary to make a quality tea or tisane blend. We value transparency, so all our ingredients are listed on our website and packaging.
