HOW TO MAKE

Put 2 heaped tablespoons of the tea mixture in 2 cups of water (500ml – 17 Fl oz), and bring to the boil on a low heat for 10-15 minutes.  Then  Strain it and drink.  There is no need to add sugar.  Additionally, you can add other dietary supplements to your tea routine, such as evening primrose oil, 1 garlic capsule, and add salads to your meals, to maintain good health.  For tea bags, just add boiling water into your cup and let it steep for 5 minutes before drinking.

Avoid adding sugar, sweeteners or milk. Drink one to three cups a day.
